Help! Im very itchy!!!? - shingles itchy legs

Repositng so I try to get more answers! HELP PLEASE!

I just back from Lihue Kauai and while I was there, I broke out in all these little red bumps on my legs. It is as if each hair follicle is a red bump and it itches like crazy! You know what that is? Do you think that because of the change in the weather (I live in the south-west)? Any help or resources?


The possibility that I Chickenpox is very, very low! I did when I was a child, and the virus has already shown its dark side as the zoster. I think it's something to do with climite changes.
